Miracle Tree Lighting Event – November 28,2020
On a beautiful Saturday night under clear skies and a near-full-moon The Olde Homestead Golf Club held the official lighting of their Miracle Tree. The Miracle Tree is a fundraising project undertaken by Olde Homestead to benefit the Northwestern Lehigh Veterans Memorial.

A total of 42,000 lights were strung in the beautiful maple tree next to the club house. Light strands were purchased by donors to memorialize family members, veterans, pets and other loved ones. Justin Smith, General Manager of The Olde Homestead Golf Club presented the NWL Memorial Committee with a check for $10,000 which puts our fundraising efforts at 70% of our budgeted goal of $300,000.
This was a beautiful evening that brought the Northwestern community together for a night of friendship, delicious hors devours, music and a blessing of the tree which will continue to be filled with more lights in the coming year.
